Hailey Bieber
Hailey Bieber has officially sold her skincare brand, Rhode, to E.l.f. Beauty in a headline-making deal worth up to $1 billion. The brand, launched in 2022, skyrocketed to cult status with its minimalist design and standout products like the Peptide Glazing Fluid. The agreement includes $600 million in cash, $200 million in stock, and a potential $200 million earnout based on future performance. Rhode reported $212 million in net sales over the past year alone.

Despite the sale, Bieber isn’t stepping away — she’ll remain Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation, continuing to guide the brand’s direction. Her estimated personal earnings from the deal are around $170–180 million after taxes and co-founder equity.

This acquisition marks a major milestone in the celebrity beauty space, positioning Hailey as a serious force in the industry — and Rhode as a global brand ready for its next chapter.
